We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Personal Assistant to support one of our Executive Partners in day-to-day operations, communications, and strategic follow-through. Key Responsibilities Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule, and inbox with precision and tact Coordinate virtual meetings, video calls, and internal/external deadlines Handle calls and messages with professionalism and confidentiality Assist in drafting reports, presentations, and internal briefings Maintain structured files, notes, and workflows in Google Workspace Support with occasional research or business follow-ups Ensure nothing falls through the cracks — ever What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant Fluent English speaker with strong written communication skills Confident in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) Exceptionally organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Comfortable working remotely and independently Located in Europe or available during EU business hours High level of integrity, discretion, and sound judgment What We Offer $2,500 monthly salary (contract-based) International health insurance Fully remote role with trust-based, flexible management Paid time off and performance-based bonus potential A fast-paced, intellectually engaging environment with a global client base Application Process Applications are open for two weeks from the posting date.
