Job Description

Dear Candidate,

IT Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Automate system administration tasks and infrastructure workflows
Create scripts and playbooks for configuration management and deployments
Monitor and maintain automation pipelines
Collaborate with IT, security, and DevOps teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform)
Familiarity with Windows/Linux system internals and cloud platforms
Bonus: Knowledge of ServiceNow, SCCM, or endpoint management automation

Soft Skills:

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
