Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated

  Full Stack Developer

  to join our remote development team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining web applications from concept to deployment, working across both the front-end and back-end. The ideal candidate is experienced with modern web technologies, thrives in a remote work environment, and is capable of delivering high-quality code in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend and backend).
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs.
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility of web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems and applications.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in full stack development.
• Manage version control using Git and participate in Agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in both front-end and back-end technologies. Typical stack includes:

• Frontend:

  HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React.js / Vue.js / Angular

• Backend:

  Node.js, Express.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, or similar

• Database:

  MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
• Solid understanding of security, performance, and scalability best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience working in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
