Overview
Join Pioneer Digital as a Front Office & Customer Service Specialist to manage our front-line communication. You'll be the voice of our dynamic digital marketing agency, ensuring excellent customer service through calls, live chats, and customer updates. Speak to lead generation client.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers through various channels, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

  • Have to work in the Australian time zone - Eastern standard Time - Sydney based from 9-5. Additional overtime will be cosidered for extra pay.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers providing details of the service
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or promote new services.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.

  • Excellent computer skills with familiarity in data entry processes and Microsoft Office applications.
  • CRM data entry skills are Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively.
  • Typing proficiency to ensure efficient documentation of customer interactions.

Job Type: Full-time
