Remote Customer Service Representative

Salary: $750 – $1000 CAD per month (based on performance and experience)

About Us:
TrustFlow Plumbing and Heating is a professional plumbing and heating service provider committed to reliability, fast response, and excellent customer care. We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to handle incoming phone calls from our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and manage incoming calls in a polite and professional manner

· Record customer information, service requests, and schedule appointments

· Provide accurate information about our plumbing and heating services

· Transfer calls or escalate urgent requests to the appropriate team member

· Keep accurate logs of calls and customer interactions

Requirements:

· Fully remote role – must be available to work Canadian business hours
(Monday–Saturday 8 AM – 6 PM EST, Sunday 8 AM – 3 PM EST)

· Fluent in English with clear and professional communication skills

· Previous experience in customer service or call center is an asset

· Strong phone etiquette and ability to stay calm under pressure

· Computer literate with basic data entry skills

· Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
