Description: Seasoned professional leading valuation/restructuring for stressed and distressed assets and enhancing workflows.
Key responsibilities: Determine write-offs/reserves/risk of loss; assess liquidity and debt capacity; model valuations/capital structures; monitor classified credits; produce classification analyses; coordinate with stakeholders and legal; implement workout strategies.
Qualifications: 2–8 years relevant experience; strong credit assessment and financial analysis; knowledge of corporate/debt structuring and loan documentation; advanced modeling; strong communication/project management; Bachelor’s or equivalent.
