Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relocation Assistant, located in Hong Kong. The Relocation Assistant will be responsible for helping clients with the logistics of moving, including scheduling and coordinating moving services, assisting with documentation, and providing support during the relocation process. The role entails addressing client inquiries, liaising with service providers, and ensuring a smooth and stress-free relocation experience for clients.


Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Experience in customer service and client relationship management
  • Proficiency in using relocation management software and tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in the moving or logistics industry is preferred
