Location: Aartech Solonics Ltd., Mandideep, Bhopal, India

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Relay Programming Engineer or Manager to lead the design, programming, and implementation of microprocessor-based Bus Transfer Relay systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in electrical/electronic engineering principles, experience in relay logic development, and a keen eye for detail and innovation.

Depending on experience and leadership capability, the role may also include managing a team of engineers, providing technical mentorship, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

● Design and develop relay logic systems for microprocessor-based Bus Transfer Relays.

● Ensure proper programming, testing, and validation of relay configurations.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements.

● Review and improve existing relay logic for reliability and performance.

● Participate in product development and R&D activities as required.

● (For Managerial Role) Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers to ensure project

milestones are achieved.

● Stay updated on emerging technologies and standards in power system protection.

Qualifications and Requirements:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in microprocessor-based relay logic programming.

● Strong understanding of power system protection and relay operation principles.

● Excellent grounding in electrical and electronics engineering fundamentals.

● Hands-on experience in relay logic programming, testing, and troubleshooting.

● Familiarity with communication protocols like IEC 61850, Modbus, and DNP3 (preferred).

● Experience with tools such as ETAP, PSCAD, MI Power, or SCADA (preferred).

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part

of a team.
