Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Trainee Gold Loan Division (NBFC)

Company: Leading Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC)

Location: Multiple locations across India (On-site role)

About the Role:

Relationship Trainees

Stipend & Salary:

Internship Stipend:
12,700 per month (fixed)
Post-Internship (After 36 months):
Full-time role with a salary package upto 3.5 LPA(based on performance during internship)

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain customer relationships to promote Gold Loan services.
Assist customers in understanding loan products and services.
Support sales and marketing activities at branch level.
Achieve assigned business targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the branch team to drive growth in loan portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers/Students(Graduate or Postgraduate) are welcome.
Interest in
Sales, Marketing, and Finance domain
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-facing environment.
