Relationship Officer

As a Relationship Officer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance relationships with our high-net-worth clients. Your objective is to understand the financial objectives of clients, offer tailored solutions that align with their requirements, and ensure the overall contentment and loyalty of our clients. Your roles and responsibilities will include client acquisition and business development, managing and growing assets under management (AUM), client relationship management and servicing, continuous learning and knowledge enhancement, ethical sales practices and data security measures, client solutioning and need-based advisory, achieving sales targets and driving business growth, upholding professional conduct and adhering to company policies. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that you will be evaluated on include AUM growth, sales target achievement, client retention and satisfaction levels, and adherence to ethical standards. To excel in this role, you should possess skills in financial planning, investment management, risk management, client relationship management, market knowledge, and effective communication. Additionally, having a sound understanding of financial products and services is essential. We are looking for candidates with an MBA in Finance & Marketing or a related field, along with knowledge of stocks, mutual funds, portfolio management services, and other wealth products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills are also crucial for this position.
