Ujjivan Small Finance Bank Limited, a subsidiary of Ujjivan Financial Services Ltd., is a banking company licensed to operate as a small finance bank. The bank began its operations on February 1, 2017, and attained the status of a Scheduled Bank in August 2017. Ujjivan Small Finance Bank has 752 branches across 26 States and Union Territories. The bank's mission is to build a state-of-the-art “mass market” bank within five years, serving unserved and underserved customers who are currently outside the formal banking system.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Gopichettipalaiyam. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing and nurturing business relationships, identifying and meeting customer financial needs, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves engaging with customers, addressing their queries, and promoting and selling the bank's products and services. The Relationship Officer will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Business Relationship Management and Communication skills
Finance knowledge and Customer Service skills
Sales skills and experience in achieving sales targets
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
