Relationship Officer

About the role As a Relationship Officer, you will drive field sales for our MSME, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Equipment & Digital Loan (EDL) products. You’ll work directly with small and medium business owners, understand their funding needs, and offer loan solutions with ticket sizes ranging from ₹3 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore. What You will do ·      Meet and connect with small business owners to understand their loan needs. ·      Offer them the right LAP (Loan Against Property) and EDL (Equipment & Digital Loan) solutions. ·      Help customers with paperwork and guide them through the loan process smoothly. ·      Work closely with internal teams to make sure loans are processed and disbursed on time. ·      Achieve your monthly loan disbursal targets (we’ll cheer you on!). ·      Build long-term relationships with customers so they keep coming back — and refer others too! What you will need   ·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills. ·      Passion for field sales and customer interaction. ·      Basic understanding of MSME and Mortgage lending products is preferred (training will be provided). ·      Ability to work in a target-driven environment. ·      Graduate degree in any stream.
