Relationship Officer-SBE-Small Business Enterprise-Sales

As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team consisting of 5 to 7 DSTs to ensure maximum productivity. Your primary duties will involve interacting with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to establish tie-ups with channel partners and associates to drive sales programs effectively. One of your key responsibilities will be to oversee the development of both direct and indirect team members while also engaging with credit departments for loan applications and operational processes to facilitate smooth disbursements. You will need to diligently follow up on infant delinquent cases and effectively manage PDDs to ensure operational efficiency. To be considered for this position, you should possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience in vehicle financing, with a preference for experience in commercial vehicles, construction equipment, or multi-utility vehicles. Furthermore, familiarity with Sale-Purchase Broker procedures is highly desirable.
