As a Relationship Officer in Life Insurance Sales through the Banking Channel, your role involves collaborating with leading banking partners to drive life insurance sales. Your primary responsibilities include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with branch banking staff to drive insurance business. - Meeting assigned sales targets by promoting life insurance products to bank customers. - Generating leads from walk-in customers, referrals, and branch database. - Providing detailed information about various insurance plans to clients and assisting them in choosing suitable policies. - Ensuring smooth onboarding and documentation of clients. - Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. - Coordinating with the branch team to ensure seamless policy issuance. - Tracking and reporting sales performance and market feedback to the sales manager.
