Relationship Officer- Female(NBFC/Bank)

You will be working as a Public Relations (PR) Officer at a new branch of an NBFC Company in Ernakulam. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the organization's communications with the public to maintain a positive image, promote the brand, and manage relationships with stakeholders. Your duties and responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies to raise awareness and build a positive image, managing communications by writing and distributing press releases, handling social media, and creating brochures and newsletters. You will also be responsible for planning events such as lectures, contests, and exhibits to promote the organization, managing crises by preparing public statements and acting as a spokesperson during emergencies, conducting research to analyze online discussions and news articles to understand public perception, and identifying opportunities to partner with brands and receive sponsorships. Preference will be given to female candidates who have previous experience working with NBFCs, Banks, Microfinance, or Nidhi companies. Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential, along with the ability to understand customer needs and attention to detail.
