As a Public Relations (PR) Officer at the new branch of the NBFC Company in Ernakulam, your primary role will be to manage the organization's communications with the public. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive image of the organization, promoting its brand, and managing relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategies: Create marketing strategies to raise awareness and build a positive image for the organization. - Manage communications: Write and distribute press releases, handle social media platforms, and create brochures and newsletters. - Plan events: Organize various events such as lectures, contests, and exhibits to promote the organization. - Manage crisis: Prepare public statements and serve as a spokesperson during emergencies to address any issues effectively. - Conduct research: Analyze online discussions and news articles to gain insights into public perception. - Identify opportunities: Seek out potential partnerships with brands and secure sponsorships to enhance the organization's visibility. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience working with NBFCs, Banks, Microfinance institutions, or Nidhi companies is preferred, especially for female candidates. - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for this role. - Ability to comprehend customer needs with great attention to detail.
