Description
Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins. Additionally, you will be tasked with achieving monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets set by the bank. Your role will also involve cross-selling banking products such as FD, RD, insurance, mutual funds, and other retail assets. Key Responsibilities: - Source new customers for CASA through channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins - Achieve monthly and quarterly CASA sales targets - Cross-sell banking products like FD, RD, insurance, mutual funds, and other retail assets - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers - Provide personalized banking solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty - Ensure high levels of customer service and query resolution - Manage and grow the portfolio of CASA customers - Monitor account activity for cross-selling opportunities and risk management - Ensure zero income leakage and maintain KYC and AML compliance - Work closely with branch operations and service teams for smooth customer onboarding - Participate in local marketing activities and branch-level campaigns Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field - Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management in the banking sector - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of banking products and services - Ability to work effectively in a team and independently - Certification in KYC and AML compliance would be an advantage Role Overview: You will be responsible for acquiring new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through various channels like cold calls, referrals, and walk-ins.
