Relationship Officer - Business Development

You will be responsible for acquiring new customers who have not previously conducted business with the company. Your daily tasks will include contacting a minimum of 20 customers and meeting with 4 customers or prospects. Additionally, you will be in charge of encouraging customers to upgrade from lower product categories to higher ones. Furthermore, you will need to cross-sell various products such as TD, SIP, MF, Insurance, Gold, Demat, Asset, and Gift Cards, with a minimum target of 2 per day. Qualifications required for this role include a blend of service and sales orientation, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or a Graduate degree, and a minimum of 1 year of work experience.
