Relationship Officer

We are hiring for the role of RELATIONSHIP OFFICER Job description To play the role of relationship officer for our learning and skill development programmes. Responsibilities To handle queries received via various channels. To work with various internal department and resolve queries. To understand the queries and channelise it accordingly. To involve in document verification adhering to the policies. Requirement Good proficiency in reading, writing and speaking in English (mandatory). Basic computer operations and good skills in MS office. Good writing, listening and reviewing skill is required Email writing with etiquette Educational qualification Any bachelor or post-graduation degree. Freshers will be given more priority. The candidate must have completed at least a bachelor degree at the time of applying. Job nature: Work from home (Online) Technical requirements: Laptop and smartphone with internet facility. Minimum working hours: 4 hours per day Working time: 6pm to 10pm Indian time. Salary: Basic salary with incentives applicable; Basic telephone and internet allowance will be given.
