Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.
Develop sales strategies to meet targets for auto loans (used car loan) and two-wheeler loans.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in auto finance or related field (auto sales, car sales, used car loan).
Strong understanding of financing options for vehicles (new/used) and motorcycles.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting sales targets.
