Position: Relationship Manager – Customs Clearance DivisionKey Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with clients regarding shipment status, documentation, and clearance procedures.
• Oversee and verify customs documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise effectively with internal departments, customs officials, and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle client queries, provide timely updates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, correspondence, and client communication.
• Support business development initiatives and assist in client onboarding processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in customs clearance or freight forwarding industry (mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of import/export documentation, customs procedures, and port operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach.
• Proven ability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with logistics software will be an advantage.
