Job Description

As a Relationship Officer-811, you will be the face of our digital banking services, engaging with customers and potential clients to promote and sell our Kotak 811 products. Your primary goal is to onboard new customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a seamless digital banking experience. You will be a vital link between our bank and our customers, building trust and loyalty.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Fice, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in the banking or ficial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using digital banking platforms and a basic understanding of digital marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse customer base.
  • Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven attitude, with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • A positive and professional demeanor, representing the banks brand and values.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the Kotak 811 digital banking platform.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Proactively reach out to potential customers and conduct sales pitches to promote Kotak 811 services.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital banking trends and products to offer relevant solutions to customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets, as set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to the product development team, based on customer insights.
  • Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance your digital banking knowledge and skills.
