Job Description

  • Lead Generation & Conversion:

     Identify and approach schools, colleges, corporates, and training partners; convert leads into enrollments or institutional tie-ups.
  • Revenue Growth:

     Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment and revenue targets; promote advanced courses through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Partnership Development:

     Build and maintain collaborations with corporates, institutions, industry bodies, and affiliates/franchise partners.
  • Market Expansion:

     Explore new geographies, courses, and customer segments; conduct competitor analysis to design strategies.
  • Client Relationship Management:

     Develop strong, long-term relationships with institutional clients and students to drive satisfaction and referrals.
  • Brand Promotion & Events:

     Plan and execute marketing campaigns, workshops, seminars, and campus drives to strengthen brand visibility.
  • Market Research & Strategy:

     Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative strategies for student engagement and admissions.
