Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Relationship Manager/Sr Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying real estate opportunities, providing strategic advisory, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and growing a portfolio of clients, conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, managing commercial and retail leases, and facilitating property transactions.

• Experience in Real Estate Market Analysis and Research
• Strategic Advisory and Marketing skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage client interactions in Pune
• Previous experience in real estate or related fields is beneficial
• Relevant educational background in Real Estate, Business, or related fields
