Role & responsibilities

Relationship Manager - Field Work (Home Loan & LAP)

- Develop new business opportunities for home loans and LAP

- Build relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Source and originate new loan applications

- Meet sales targets and expand customer base.

- Role: Relationship Manager for Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) products

- Channel: DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or Open Market

- Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing and originating new loan applications

- Building relationships with customers and stakeholders

- Filling and collecting documentation accurately (filing files)

- Meeting sales targets

- Compensation:

- ROI-based earnings (10%-15%)

- Incentives earned on performance

- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities for home loans and loan against property (LAP) in assigned territory.

- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of home loan and LAP products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.

- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through various channels, including field visits, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Loan Origination: Source and originate new loan applications, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.

- Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products to existing customers.

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in business, finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or relationship management in the banking or financial services industry.

- Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong business development and relationship-building skills

- Ability to work independently in a field environment

- Knowledge of home loan and LAP products and market trends

Performance Metrics:

- Business Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets for home loans and LAP.

- Customer Acquisition: Acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.

- Loan Origination: Meet or exceed loan origination targets.
