The role involves driving sales of Home Loans & Loan Against Property, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities Source and sell Home Loans & Loan Against Property (LAP) through leads, DSAs, and market outreach. Assess customer profiles and determine loan eligibility. Handle complete loan process – application, documentation & disbursement. Maintain strong customer relationships post-disbursement. Achieve sales targets and ensure portfolio quality. Execute marketing campaigns & support channel partners (DSAs). Cross-sell other banking products (savings, insurance, etc.). Requirements: Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream). Min. 1 year experience in Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage Sales (Bank/NBFC/HFC preferred). Must speak Kannada (local customer interaction is required). Good communication & relationship-building skills.
