Relationship Manager - Vellore

As a Relationship Officer for Home Loans, your primary responsibility is to establish and expand a local distribution network for distributing home loans. This involves engaging with various "contact points" and conducting direct marketing activities to promote affordable housing loans. You will have the autonomy to manage your assigned location and build strong relationships with both contact points and existing borrowers. - Achieve home loan disbursement targets through effective sales and business development strategies, including prospecting, networking, and field-based marketing activities. - Promote and present home loan products to potential clients through physical interactions and digital platforms like social media. - Conduct proper customer profiling during interactions to understand their needs and recommend suitable loan products. Maintain customer relationships to generate referrals and ensure timely loan servicing. - Execute field activities and marketing initiatives directed by the branch manager to generate leads for home loans. - Manage the entire customer lifecycle for home loans, from application processing to customer servicing and support. Qualifications: - Graduation in any stream is mandatory. - Minimum of 12 months experience in retail sales is required. - Strong communication skills are essential. - Possession of a Two Wheeler and a valid driving license is necessary.,
