Job Purpose:Your main goal is to sell the company's services (holiday memberships) by giving strong sales presentations and finding new customers or markets. You need to close profitable deals, get referrals, and meet your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets independently in a performance-driven environment.2. Find and connect with potential customers and convert them into clients.3. Meet member acquisition goals using various methods (walk-ins, leads, events, etc.).4. Handle customer objections or cancellations well and build long-term relationships.5. Keep existing members updated about new company offers or changes.6. Create and present proposals to potential clients.7. Coordinate with other departments like pre-sales and member relations for better service.8. Explore new markets or opportunities to increase business.

Skills Required:

Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.Can handle pressure in a fast-paced sales environment.Knowledge of the local market and language is a plus.Must have strong communication skills.
