Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests related to life insurance policies (e.g., premium payments, address changes, fund switches, policy loans, etc.)
Process service requests accurately within TAT (Turn Around Time)
Coordinate with internal departments (operations, underwriting, claims) to resolve complex issues
Educate walk-in customers on policy features, digital tools, and value-added services
Maintain service MIS and ensure compliance with IRDAI and company guidelines
Promote retention through excellent customer interaction and service quality
