Additionally, conducting in-person project presentations, walkthroughs, and client briefings will be a crucial part of your role. You will also be responsible for delivering training sessions to channel partners to enhance their product understanding. Collaboration with internal departments to facilitate smooth pre- and post-sales processes will be essential. It is imperative that you represent the company professionally and maintain a presentable demeanor at all times. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 12 years of experience in real estate sales. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are a must, along with confidence in handling presentations, client discussions, and training sessions. A well-groomed and professional appearance is expected, and you should be comfortable with local travel for meetings, site visits, and partner engagement.
