Relationship Manager - Sales

Key Responsibilities of a NEXA Relationship Manager:

• Building and maintaining relationships:This includes establishing rapport with both prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized service.
• Achieving sales targets:Relationship Managers are expected to drive sales and meet their sales targets by effectively using sales techniques and understanding customer requirements.
• Providing product information and advice:They need to be knowledgeable about NEXA's products and services, able to answer customer inquiries, and offer guidance.
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints:Relationship Managers are responsible for resolving any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
• Lead generation and business development:This may involve identifying potential customers, reaching out through various channels, and developing strategies for attracting new business.
• Managing customer amenities:Some roles may involve overseeing customer amenities like Valet services, Pantry facilities, and ensuring seamless car deliveries.
• Collaborating with other teams:Working closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.
• Using CRM systems:Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management systems is essential for managing customer data and interactions.
• Understanding and fulfilling customer requirements:This includes understanding financing options, guiding customers on documentation, and keeping them informed about car-related updates.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction:This involves taking feedback, addressing concerns, and ensuring customers are happy with their experience.
