Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Kanpur. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and providing tailored loan solutions. Daily tasks include identifying potential customers, analyzing financial documents, managing loan application processes, providing post-loan support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Coordinating with internal teams and partners, as well as achieving sales targets, will also be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Experience in sales, client management, and customer service
Understanding of financial products, including secured and unsecured loans
Proficiency in analyzing financial documents and data
Time management, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs
Familiarity with the MSME sector or financial services industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
