Job Title: Relationship Manager – Gold Appraisal & Valuation Location: Multiple cities across India: Noida, Nashik, Vadodara, Bengaluru, Delhi, Pune, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chennai, Gurgaon, Surat, Vijayawada, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mysore, Ahmedabad, Indore, Vizag, Rajkot, Chandigarh. Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Managers with experience in gold appraisal, valuation, and CRM. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth through accurate evaluation of gold, managing customer relationships, and supporting loan operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct accurate gold appraisal and valuation as per company guidelines. Engage with customers to understand their financial requirements and provide suitable solutions. Handle gold loan disbursement and recovery processes efficiently. Maintain high standards of customer service and build long-term customer relationships. Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit, and regulatory guidelines. Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions. Achieve sales and collection targets assigned for the branch. Coordinate with branch teams and head office for seamless loan processing. Perform regular customer follow-ups and support field visits if required. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in gold appraisal, valuation, or gold loan operations. Age: Up to 30 years. Vehicle Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license. Skills Required: Strong knowledge of gold purity testing and valuation techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
