Compliance & Documentation: Ensure partners comply with SEBI/IRDAI regulations and internal compliance standards. Maintain accurate records of sales, partner interactions, and deal closures. Serve as the primary support contact for all mutual fund and insurance-related queries. Qualifications: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. AMFI & IRDAI certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of joining). Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds/Insurance is nice (but not a must) Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of mutual fund and insurance products. Excellent B2B sales and negotiation skills. Effective communication and presentation abilities. Self-driven, target-oriented with a customer-first mindset. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
