Relationship Manager Retail Products

As a candidate for the position, you will be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products and services, with a preference for BFSI products. You will also be required to build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients while ensuring effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients. Your role will involve identifying clients" needs, proposing suitable solutions, and providing comprehensive product/service consultations to guide their decision-making process. Additionally, you will need to address and resolve any complaints or issues in a prompt and efficient manner. Meeting sales and revenue targets, as well as upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Researching and pursuing new business opportunities will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, especially BFSI products. - Build and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients. - Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients. - Identify clients" needs, propose suitable solutions, and provide comprehensive product/service consultations. - Address and resolve complaints or issues promptly and efficiently. - Meet sales and revenue targets. - Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients. - Research and pursue new business opportunities. Qualifications Required: - Basic graduate degree. - Prior experience as a tele caller or in a call center (desk job). - Strong negotiation skills. - Very good verbal communication. - Proficiency in spoken English and Hindi.,
