Job Description

Job Profile:-

Responsible for calling on the leads-renewals data shared by the company
Follow up calls on the already existing Care Renewals Policy data
Inhouse-Office Job only-No field work required
It's an outbound and inbound process.
Responsible for briefing the customer about the product & additional benefits or offers.
Responsible for convincing the customers to renew the policy, port the policy and closing the lead.
Responsible for achieving the given targets.

Desired Experience :-

Candidate should have experience in insurance sales/Direct Channel/ Cross cell channel and online product selling.
Candidate should have customer convincing power on calls.
Candidate should be sharp in pitching policy to customers and should be presentable.
Minimum experience should be at least 6 month in Renewals, Banking experience, Insurance, Loan or Credit card sales etc or Freshers are also eligible.
