Job Description

Role Purpose Responsible for complete process of a loan application commencing from customer identification to disbursement and clarifications after disbursement if any in addition to supporting the growth of the branch and ensuring individual revenue targets are achieved consistently. Key Performance Area Business development customer identification through various sources • Sales/revenue target achievement Customer relationship management Documentation and quality of customers Overall customer experience Major Tasks/activities Business development and sales process Conducting events and activities for improved branding and customer awareness as directed by branch managers Connecting and developing better relationship for sourcing business from o Builders o AR o DSA o Other channels or direct o Participating in marketing events Meeting prospective customers to understand the requirements clearly Articulating feasible solutions including creating awareness/ educating customers about the benefits of the solution Following up on the leads regularly to understand interest levels and sharing/collecting all necessary documentation for application processing as per the operating guidelines Coordinating with customer and internal teams such as legal/technical/credit/disbursement etc team for appraisals, sanctions and disbursements as required Updating the customer on the application status periodically Developing positive and professional relationship with the customer to enable cross selling, getting referrals and other business opportunities • Supporting the BDA/Direct selling team in knowledge sharing and imparting trainings whenever required • Participating in team meetings and reviews periodically • Preparing and sharing status of leads, activity, application process, disbursement etc Others Any other tasks which will be required to be performed from time to time as per the instructions Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline Experience 2+ years of experience in selling of home loan/non home loan/construction finance products/related companies preferably Skills Sound understanding of home loan products Market understanding including products/policies of competitors Excellent communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship internally and externally Good negotiation skills Demonstration of high degree of perseverance and resilience
