Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Siliguri. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing them with excellent customer service, and offering financial advice and insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client portfolios, identifying new business opportunities, conducting financial needs analysis, presenting tailored insurance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Ability to provide financial advice and present insurance solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Proficiency in managing client portfolios and identifying new business opportunities
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Local language proficiency is an advantage
