Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
field sales
by visiting potential customers at their premises to pitch and sell
business loan
products.
Utilize
30% of company-provided leads
effectively and generate additional leads through personal networking and local outreach.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan solutions tailored to their business needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.
Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly performance to the reporting manager.

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender:
Male candidates only
Experience:
Minimum
1 year of field sales experience
(preferably in financial products)
Age:
Maximum 32 years
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred
Must own a
bike
and hold a
valid driving license (DL)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
