Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shamli, for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will manage client relationships to achieve financial targets, generate leads, and provide excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, advising on suitable product options, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will ensure client satisfaction by resolving issues and handling queries promptly.

Qualifications

Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in insurance sales and knowledge of insurance products
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Ability to achieve financial targets and generate new business
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
