As a BD/Pre Sales professional in the Financial Services (Asset Management) industry, your role involves prospecting and selling AIF products to High-Net-worth Individuals through direct sales efforts and third-party distributors, with a focus on Institutional sales. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring effective and smooth relationships with assigned distributors/clients in the region to drive business growth. - Nurturing and managing distribution relationships through continuous engagement, training, and value adds. - Developing business through consultative engagement with Cluster Managers, Regional Managers, and Regional Heads. - Achieving sales targets in the Metro Market while conducting market and industry analysis. To excel in this role, you should possess the following behavioral competencies: - Sound relationship management skills - Strong communication and negotiation abilities - Self-driven attitude In terms of role-specific competencies, you are expected to: - Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. - Have prior experience in team management. Your formal qualifications and prior work experience required are: - MBA or C.A with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience. - Experience in institutional/private banking or wealth management space. - Prior experience in handling Metro markets is essential. You will be part of the Sales & Business Development department, working as a BD/Pre Sales - Other on a full-time, permanent basis. Your educational qualifications can include any graduate degree at the undergrad level and a postgraduate degree such as an MBA/PGDM in any specialization.
