Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Patna for the role of Relationship Manager or Senior Manager, Team Leader. The role involves managing a team, developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying client investment needs, and providing expert financial advice. Responsibilities include acquiring and retaining clients, achieving sales targets, strategizing for market penetration, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitoring the team’s performance, mentoring, and driving client engagement will also be key parts of your daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Expertise in financial products such as Equities, Derivatives, Currency, Commodities, IPO, and Mutual Funds, with sound knowledge of the stock market.
• Team management skills, including the ability to mentor and drive team performance.
• Proficiency in strategizing and achieving sales and client acquisition goals.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify client needs and recommend suitable investment options.
• Experience in sales, relationship management, or in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are an advantage.
