Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a quality network and exposure in the local market. Your main tasks will include acquiring and managing new as well as existing financial advisors and distributors. You should have the ability to build strong relationships with advisors, lead a team of advisors, and provide training and development for business growth. It is essential that you are AMFI Passed or willing to pass within 6 months of joining. Your enthusiasm to learn about different financial products and guide other advisors will be crucial for success in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Create a quality network and exposure in the local market - Acquire and manage new and existing financial advisors and distributors - Build strong relationships with advisors - Lead a team of advisors - Train and develop advisors for business growth Qualifications Required: - AMFI Passed or willing to pass within 6 months of joining - Skills in BFSI, bank relationship management, relationship building, team leadership, mutual funds, training and development, investment, and financial product knowledge are highly desired,
