Relationship Manager- Mutual Fund & Insurance

Job Description: As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage and monitor client portfolios across insurance and mutual fund products to ensure optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include handling client queries and resolving complaints related to app usage, fund performance, and service issues. Additionally, you will empanel with new Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and insurance providers to expand our product offerings. You will be expected to source new business opportunities through existing client relationships as well as acquiring new clients. Managing and initiating insurance claims, including travel, health, and other categories, to ensure smooth settlement will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will prepare, analyze, and present client portfolio reports in Excel to provide performance reviews and recommendations.
