Relationship Manager- Mutual Fund & Insurance

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring client portfolios across insurance and mutual fund products to ensure optimal performance. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling client queries and resolving complaints related to app usage, fund performance, and service issues. - Empanelling with new Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and insurance providers to expand product offerings. - Sourcing new business opportunities through existing client relationships as well as new client acquisitions. - Managing and initiating insurance claims, including travel, health, and other categories, ensuring smooth settlement. - Preparing, analyzing, and presenting client portfolio reports in Excel to provide performance reviews and recommendations.
