Job Description

As a Relationship Manager (RM) for MSME business in the allotted geographical area, your primary objective is to generate revenue and achieve sales targets for the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating leads and achieving individual sales targets. - Developing and executing a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. - Creating and implementing client retention strategies for the region. - Managing the end-to-end sales process, from initial customer contact to loan approval and disbursement. - Interacting with potential borrowers through various channels to understand their loan requirements and financial situations. - Ensuring that all MSME loan applications and customer interactions comply with regulatory standards. - Maintaining relationships with partners. - Utilizing your knowledge of MSME/Agri Loan. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal communication skills. - Possessing a solid understanding of the local market potential. The job type is full-time and the benefits include health insurance and Provident Fund. Please note that work location is in person.
