Relationship Manager (Motor Insurance Sales)

As a Relationship Manager at this company, you will play a crucial role in recruiting POSP to sell various insurance policies like automotive, property, health, etc. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of POSP to achieve set targets and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Contact prospective POSP for recruitment - Recruit and train POS (Point of Sales) - Assist POS in resolving queries and complaints - Meet potential clients to assess existing insurance coverage and financial resources - Set premium targets with partners and ensure agreement - Maximize sales through regular follow-ups and building strong relationships with agents - Meet assigned sales targets on all parameters - Maintain necessary records and files - Perform any other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Graduation The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
