Job Title:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:

    Responsible for acquiring 7-8 new clients every month through active market engagement and networking.
  • Cross-Selling:

    Promote and sell third-party investment products, including SIPs, mutual funds, insurance, and more, to existing and new clients.
  • Revenue Generation:

    Drive revenue generation by cross-selling and up-selling investment products to your portfolio of clients.
  • SIP Target:

    Achieve monthly SIP targets of 5 SIPs worth Rs. 2000 each.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • At least

    6 months of experience

    in sales of financial products such as CASA, Insurance, Demat, SIPs, or Mutual Funds.
  • Strong

    communication and interpersonal skills

    to engage with clients effectively.
  • Basic understanding of

    broking and operations

    in the financial sector.
  • Prior experience in the

    broking industry

    is an advantage.
  • Strong

    client acquisition

    skills with a proven ability to meet targets.
