Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing Mutual Funds relationships. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales of Mutual Funds products. Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking and referrals. Provide excellent customer service and promptly resolve client queries and issues. Collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on market trends and product offerings. Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks. Stay current with industry developments and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of Mutual Funds products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Familiarity with the BFSI industry and its regulations is an advantage.
