Looking to onboard a skilled Relationship Manager with 1 to 6 years of experience to join our team in the BFSI sector, specifically in Micro Finance and Collections. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth and increase revenue. Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business strategies. Identify and mitigate risks associated with micro finance and collections. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements. Job Requirements Proven experience in relationship management, preferably in micro finance or collections. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including mutual funds and receivables. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and identify trends. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
